2...and pay simply
 
You can pay with pre-payment, or on account depending on your order and place of delivery. Should you – for whatever reason – return a product within14 days, the costs will either be refunded or the invoice will get cancelled.
 
3...Prices and dispatch
 
The prices listed in CHF in the catalogue or / and the online shop are all including the value-added tax (VAT). The VAT is contained in the price, but listed separately on the invoice. The prices listed in € ( Euro ) the value-added tax (VAT,TVA or MWST ) is not inclouding. The dispatch prices are not included. When shipping abroad the VAT is not declared on the invoice. Read below…
 
3.1 For dispatch to foreign countries, special terms apply concerning the VAT.
 
Switzerland is not a member of the European Union.
 
The charging of the VAT abroad is not carried out by haldimann I kollektion, but by a mail-order establishment (normally the post office). The Invoice for clients abroad is always excluding the VAT.
 
If the goods are being delivered by mail, the VAT will be collected directly by the postman. It often gets mistaken by the postmen, and they talk about customs duty but it actually is the VAT. The goods are freed from duty.
 
We will send you the information and commercial invoice beforehand so you can deduce the value. (e.g. for Germany it’s 19 % of the value of goods.) Small values, repairs or examples are not liable to pay. The post - duty receipt to charge the VAT can be included in the VAT statement, just like an inland delivery. The needed Euro Id. No. for our business you´ll find on the commercial invoice.
 
The dispatch prices contain actual dispatch fees and packing costs. The shipping and handling flat rate is conditioned to the place of delivery. Find details at our shop under “shipping and returns”. Supplementary delivery are always free of shipping costs.
We are not liable for accidentally wrong written price tags or product descriptions. Model- and colour aberrations just like changes in prices are excepted.
 
4...Delivery time
 
The delivery date is conditioned to the respective products. Products which we offer in our online shop normally will be delivered within one week or according to agreement. Partial delivery is possible.
 
5... Complaints
 
The time for complaints is within 8 days after receiving the goods.
 
6...Cancellation / Withdrawal
 
After receiving the goods you have the absolute right to return the goods within 14 days. Also you can withdraw your order within 14 days after order input. The time for withdrawal right of your order begins at the earliest, the day after receiving this instruction in written form. The withdrawal does not have to contain any explanations and can be in written form (e.g. e-mail) or trough returning the goods. To ensure the time of withdrawal it is enough to send the goods back in time to:

Not post-paid reshipments generally aren’t accepted.
 
7...Terms of payment
 
Invoices are expected to be paid after deductions, within 20 days without any commissions, or else by prepayment. Invoice: After the second ineffective admonition (enrolled) all data will be forwarded to a collection agency (additional charges will arise). Aiming for a credit check and credit assessment the forwarding of data to economic information services will happen. Naturally your data is being handled confidentially.
 
8...Guarantee
 
No matter if material-, quality-, or shipping defects: Please feel free to complain about all faults immediately. While in the warranty period of two years, after the delivery you have the option on free supplementary performance: Either we repair the product (rectification of a defect) or we switch the whole piece or a part (supplementary delivery). Will the defect not be repaired in the accurate time you have two choices: annulment of the purchase (cancellation) or the abatement of the purchase price (reduction).
There will be no compensation for secondary damage or for additional expenditures of the client if the conditions are not fulfilled or late or badly fulfilled. If affected by something outside of our area of influence, there won’t be a delay. The right to withdraw is for the buyer, only after setting an appropriate additional respite.
 
9…Data protection
 
All personal data is being handled confidentially. Customer’s data is being stored and processed considering corresponding regulations. Your personal data is only being used for defined, explicit and rightful causes, and is only stored as long as needed. You have the right to request information, provide correction, block or/and erase your stored data. We don’t forward any data to third parties. Further, intending credit checks, we network together with businesses, who grant credit reports (only for delivery with invoice).
 
10...Retention of title
 
Until receiving the total invoiced amount the delivered goods remain the property of haldimann l kollektion, Solothurn.
The business activity is based on Swiss rights. Place of fulfilment and address for service is Solothurn, Switzerland.
 
This declaration is valid without signature.
