For deliveries to EU – countries and other countries we don’t charge the value added tax ( VAT, TVA ). The shop prices in Euro are shown without the TAX ( VAT, TVA ), see below
 
Switzerland is not a member of the European Union.
 
The charging of the VAT abroad is not carried out by haldimann I kollektion, but by a mail - order establishment (normally the post office). The Invoice for clients abroad is always excluding the TAX ( VAT, TVA ).
 
If the goods are being delivered by mail, the TAX ( VAT, TVA ) will be collected directly by the postman. It often gets mistaken by the postmen, and they talk about customs duty but it actually is the TAX ( VAT, TVA ). The goods are freed from duty.
 
We will send you the information and commercial invoice beforehand so you can deduce the value. (e.g. for Germany it’s 19 % of the value of goods.) Small values, repairs or examples are not liable to pay. The post - duty receipt to charge the TAX ( VAT, TVA ) can be included in the TAX ( VAT, TVA ) statement, just like an inland delivery. The needed Euro Id. No. for our business you’ll find on the commercial invoice.
 
The dispatch prices contain actual dispatch fees and packing costs. The shipping and handling flat rate is conditioned to the place of delivery. Find details at our shop under “shipping and returns”. Supplementary deliveries are always free of shipping costs.
We are not liable for accidentally wrong written price tags or product descriptions. Model- and colour aberrations just like changes in prices are excepted.

Cancellation / Withdrawal
 
After receiving the goods you have the absolute right to return the goods within 14 days. Also you can withdraw your order within 14 days after order input.
The time for withdrawal right of your order begins at the earliest, the day after receiving this instruction in written form.
The withdrawal does not have to contain any explanations and can be in written form (e.g. e-mail) or trough returning the goods. To ensure the time of withdrawal it is enough to send the goods back in time to:
